Technology is diverse, it keeps on changing our lifestyle daily. Through social media, many tech experts have come up with great ideas to easen the way we do our day to day activities. In the recent past we’ve seen apps like Uber, being used to cut cost on the transport industry especially in hiring taxis and choppers. Others like Jumia have made shopping online to be quite easier reducing queuing and enhancing efficiency at various shops.

One tech developer, Michelle Kariuki a student at Cambridge University has come with Nikohub, a social utility mobile application that elevates food sharing experiences, discovery of new drinking joints, restaurants, clubs and movie shops. It takes a smart phone and mobile data to have your favorite dish delivered on your door step or office, same to the latest series in the market and bottle of your champagne, fresh juice, ice cream, wine, Johnie Walker and the likes.

This app is one of a kind. Many a times as humans we waste alot of time in figuring out the new dopest joints in town. Worry no more, Nikohub has set up an update that allows and alerts you on the service providers in your environs once you download the app from google play store. The firms that sign up to be among the first providers pitch based on the clients demand. In essence the first to respond to the consumer delivers the product that they are in dire need of.

Activations for Nikohub mobile is currently ongoing in major cities in Kenya, like Eldoret, Nakuru, Mombasa and Nairobi. After the pilot project, the usage will be spread to Uganda, South Africa and other African countries.
